Deuxième semaine (suite), troisième semaine et quatrième semaine dans la capitale!

After 15 days, not much activity and two whole seasons (and a third one started) of two different series being watched: I am back!

I'm sorry, I just didn't have anything to say that is capable of interesting you. But now that I have two weeks to catch up on, I guess you better keep reading! ;)

The last I wrote to you O dear readers was the 5th of February (a wednesday), I had just gotten back from the Comenius 'formation' thing that was pretty good!

So after this bit of fun, the week ended in a pretty boring way:

The thursday and friday, I didn't do anything in particular apart from going to school and doing normal stuff apart that the friday, with Mathilde, Sydney, Alexandra, Gabriel, Miriam and Celia (Spanish buddies!) we want to Domino's Pizza, after waiting for almost and hour, we finally ate and during all this time we had quiet a bit of fun!

On the Saturday, I went with Alexandra to Sol (which is the part of the city where all the shops and manifestations are) to do an incredible amount of shopping! Unfortunately Alexandra didn't feel too well so she went home early and I had to finish by myself. While I was there, a big manifestation concerning abortion was going on right in the main street, so yeah, I got kind of scared by that...

From the 9th to the 13th, nothing much happened. In 5 days, Alex got a boyfriend (Spanish red-head!) and fainted 3 or 4 times! Apart from that, these were normal school days...

The 14th was Valentine's day!!! And me being single made it the worst day of the week. Seeing all this chocolate, flowers (Why flowers and chocolate? No one will ever know…) and all these hearts everywhere just made me want to vomit... I mean, why would there be a special day for love giving? Everyday should be love giving day! Everyday should be a special occasion to think about a special someone and give that special someone a special thing! Because everyday is special (if you think about it in a deep way, it's the truth!). So yeah, I guess this is me being jealous because I don't really have a special someone…

Anyway! During this week correspondants from Northern England came! It was a great occasion to speak english (which I kinda miss these days…). 

On the Saturday, we decided to go visit a remote corner of Madrid and we went to - what we thought to be - one of the biggest commercial center in Europe! - but it wasn't: Mathilde just got misinformed.   We ate lunch at Mc Donald's and had Häagen-Dazs!

Mathilde took a try at this wonder machine... and failed. (No surprise here!) ;)












And in there was PRIMARK! Which is awesome: there, among other things, I bought a gorgeous pair of almost flat high heels - which sounds impossible! 

I got back home pretty late and soon …

Sunday came! And a busy one! The morning, we went (with Sydney, Mathilde, Alexandra, Gabriel, Rosa, Paula & Isabelle) to a kind of flee market. It was loads of fun, and I found 'must' pieces, such as a leather bag (for 25 €) and an amazingly pretty bracelet for 10 € - which, by the way, I am glad I have bought because I haven't stopped wearing it since then!

After coming back from there, I baked a cake with Blanca and went to celebrate her aunts birthday with the whole family! I met some cousins and other aunts and uncles, it's really great, I almost feel part of the family!

Since this week-end, a bit has happened:

    - Alex had her birthday (19th) - it's her sweet 16! And to celebrate this, we went to eat bagels yesterday, her parents are coming this week-end and we might all go to the "discoteca" (without the parents)!!!

    - And kinda got my heart broken, in a indirect way - don't really want to tell about that…

    - I got a note in my pencil case from a secret spanish admirer - well not really… it just asked what I thought about a guy… but still, counts no?

    - Mathilde and Gabriel are almost going out - well not really, but he told her he likes her and I know she does too so I can smell it coming... ^^

Ok. Now it's really over! I'll try making entries more often even if nothing happens, just to give you news and share some things, I see there are more and more visitors, so I'll make action!
